    Eleven spinner dolphins (Stenella longirostris), ten of them with bullet wounds, ran aground at dawn Thursday on a sandy beach at a coastal village in Barangay Bonuan here. Four of them was already dead and four others had been butchered and sold at P50 a kilo in the village neighborhood when officials for the National Integrated Fisheries Technology Development Center (NIFTDC) arrived in the area.
