    Excerpt
President Rodrigo Duterte sees nothing wrong with the crushed dolomite project in Manila Bay as the artificial white sand beach is now being enjoyed by the public. In his address to the nation on Monday, President Duterte congratulated Department of Environmental and Natural Resources chief Roy Cimatu for the rehabilitation move amid criticisms from some officials and environmental groups. “People now really enjoy the reclaimed area with the white sand, maski na papaano,” he said. “Wala naman talaga tayong magawa. You do it, may masabi sila. You do not do it, may masabi si (Vice President) Leni (Robredo). What do you want us to do?”
