    ILOILO- Estancia town may now return home. Gov. Arthur Defensor Sr. announced this development yesterday following consultations with Task Force Power Barge 103, Department of Health (DOH), Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Environmental Management Bureau and oil spill consultant Dr. Rex Sadaba. During the task force meeting yesterday, Defensor said he had conducted site inspection on Saturday from Brgy. Botongon to Brgy. Jolog.
