Calentino Mempin, director for operations of the contractor Kuan Yu Global Tecnologies, Inc., yesterday said they have accomplished "75 percent" of the job so far. Kuan Yu is complying with recommendations of the Iloilo provincial governments Task Force Oil Spill Power Barge 103, specifically on the transport of collected debris from the temporary storage facilities to the treatment facility, Mempin told Panay News.
