    Excerpt
Brand new tools for the construction of fishing boats have been given out to the fisherfolk in coastal areas in Aklan hit by super typhoon "Yolanda." Gov. Florencio Miraflores and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) officials awarded motor engines, marine plywood, marine adhesives and other accessories to 110 beneficiaries from 11 coastal towns in the province. The distribution, held at the ABL Sports and Cultural Center in this capital town on Thursday last week, was part of BFAR's project "Ahon."
