Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary Benny Antiporda on Friday did not discount the possibility of “sabotage’’ in the recent fish kill in Manila Bay. In an interview over GMA News, Antiporda said the site of the fish kill is at the Baseco Compound, which is far from the Manila Bay area.
