A Risso’s dolphin is spotted at the Sarangani Bay, near Malapatan and Alabel, on August 28 during the conduct of marine mammal monitoring led by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)-Sarangani and participated in by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR)-Soccsksargen, Environmental Conservation and Protection Center (ECPC-Sarangani) and Provincial Information Office (PIO).
