Four persons were nabbed for illegal fishing in the waters of Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental. They were Jay Acha, 42; Joseph Gozales, 54; Ermelito Dela Cruz, 47; and Richard Acha, 36 – all residents of Barangay Banago.
