Negrenses should stop waiting for a champion to provide solutions to climate change, the Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO) chief said. Everyone should be the champion they are looking for, stressed lawyer Wilfred Ramon Penelosa, also a Climate Reality leader. Close to 500 representatives from national government agencies, nongovernment organizations, people's organizations, industries, students and youth, artists, and tourism stakeholders, among others attended the summit.
