Relatives of a fisherman, who died when a roll-on roll-off vessel rammed his boat in the waters off Escalante in Negros Occidental, are crying for justice for the victim. The victim, identified as JR Caspe, 29, died on Sept. 1, according to his father Enrique, who was in another boat when the incident occurred. Enrique said he found the body of his son floating in the coastal waters off Barangay Washington along with the broken parts of the boat.
