    Excerpt
The Provincial Martina Bio-Toxin Testing Center of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist conducted the laboratory analysis. The results showed progressive increases of the algal population in the city's coastal waters, hence, shellfishes there were expected to be toxic. Gasataya advised the public to refrain from eating all types of shellfishes from the coastal waters of the city.
