    The Iloilo River remains dirty, and perhaps even hazardous to human health. So do not eat fish caught from this body of water. In its latest physiochemical analysis, the Environmental Management Bureau Region 6 found the fecal coliform count at the Iloilo River - actually an arm of the sea - to be too high.
