    The National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) held yesterday the opening ceremonies for the launching of its regional cluster for the Visayas at the Hotel del Rio here. Professor Fortunato T. de la Peña, NCRP President and Undersecretary of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) does the formal launching today at the same venue as highlight of the program. Cluster I chaired by Dr. Vivien Talisayon covers Divisions of Governmental, Educational and International Policies; Social Sciences and Humanities.
