local.seafdecaqd.extractBago City’s Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) joined the simultaneous coastal clean-up conducted by the local government unit (LGU) and Philippine National Police (PNP) in Valladolid, Negros Occidental recently. A total of six coastal barangays namely Bagumbayan, Central Tabao, Poblacion, Sagua Banwa, Tabao Baybay, and Tabao Proper were cleaned with the help of the residents, 4Ps beneficiaries, CENRO Bago City staff, LGUs, and PNP forces during the litter pickup initiative in support to the government’s environmental thrust to fight marine trash and plastic pollution. Social distancing and other minimum health standards have been observed during the clean-up.en
