This bustling town in the Western part of the province is vying to have the largest mangrove in Asia. Mayor Lulu Miraflores said a group of Japanese experts has arrived in the town recently to document the mangrove in the boundaries of Barangay Bugtong Bato and the nearby villages. They brought some samples of the said mangrove species in Japan for study.
