Four Vietnamese fishermen were arrested for poaching in the waters off Taganak town in Tawi-Tawi on Wednesday. Authorities said the boat captain, Nu Oi, was wounded when he attacked one of the police officers with a knife, prompting authorities to shoot him in the leg.
