The body of a missing fisherman from the town of Ilog in Negros Occidental was found after his boat capsized two days ago. The 32-year-old Isagani Avansenia was found floating two kilometers off the coast of the town’s Barangay 1, according to Lieutenant Commander Jansen Benjamin Philippine, Coast Guard (PCG)-Negros Occidental chief. Benjamin said the victim was positively identified by his relatives.
