Four persons on board a training aircraft survived after their plane ditched near the sea wall of Sinunuc Boulevard in Zamboanga City Tuesday morning. Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines spokesperson and chief information officer Eric Apolonio said the incident happened at 9:45 a.m. while the plane was conducting a training flight.
