    A fisherman was rescued, while another is still missing after their small fishing boat capsized off the coastal waters of Barangay 1, Ilog, Tuesday, July 7, 2020. Authorities identified the rescued fisherman as Ivar Avansenia, 35, while his sibling, Isagani Avansenia, 32, remains missing. Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Negros Occidental Chief Lieutenant Commander Jansen Benjamin said at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, the two brothers were fishing off the town's coastal waters when their vessel, the FBCa Gadying 1, snagged a fishing line that caused their vessel to capsize.
