The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) yesterday said criminal complaints have been slapped against the shipping company, master and officers of the Hong Kong-flagged cargo vessel that collided with a Philippine fishing boat off Mindoro last week. PCG spokesperson Armand Balilo said that reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide and damage to property complaints have been filed before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Occidental Mindoro. The PCG official added that search and retrieval operations for the 14 missing fishermen will be terminated by Tuesday.en
