Siar was present during the recent celebration of People's Day and Ocean Month at the 531.44-hectare Northern Iloilo Mangrove Rehabilitation Subproject of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Bancal Bay. She explained SEAFDEC has various technologies ready for implementation at the barangay level.en
