    Excerpt
The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) currently serves as temporary home to a rescued baby dugong (sea cow), an endangered and only herbivorous sea mammal in the world. The baby dugong was captured in Brgy. Duyong, Pandan town, some 123 kilometers from Antique's capital San Jose. The two-month old sea mammal was named Klong Klong which, in local parlance, means "to cradle in your arms."
