This was uncovered after SEAFDEC officials have monitored from its Malaysian counterpart that an investment capital equivalent here to about P1.25 million could produce 15 tons of hatched bullfrogs up to 15 tons a year. This translates to a marginal profit of P550,000 annual sale (converted to pesos through the current exchange rate).
