Disgruntled employees of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Council - Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) here warned of a looming mass action should their demand for the release of benefits due them is not meet. Denny Chavez, associate researcher for the Technology Commercialization and Technical Assistance Section under the Technology Verification and Commercialization Division, revealed that employees have long been clamoring of the delayed release of their benefits.
