The power Barge 103 oil spill task force has recommended to the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM), owner of the typhoon-wrecked power barge 103, to add more workers for the oil spill clean up in Estancia town. The task force came up with this recommendation following a regular meeting yesterday at the provincial capitol in the wake of failure of PSALM's hired contractor, Kuan Yu Global Technologies, to keep up with its oil spill cleanup commitment. Dr. Rex Sadaba, oil spill expert scientist and consultant of the task force, said they had laid down recommendations but the contractor was not complying.
