The agriculture industry damaged by super typhoon "Yolanda" in the Visayas region last November is recovering fast, according to senator Cynthia Villar. The lady senator visited four Visayas provinces over the weekend together with the official from the Department of Agriculture and its attached agencies such as the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA).
