    Excerpt
Gov. Samuel Gumarin is fast losing his patience.Cargo ship M/V Sportivo that sank between the strait separating this island province and Iloilo City has yet to be refloated nearly a month since it went down. The oil spill cleanup is very slow, too, complained Gumarin as he threatened to file charges against Seen Sam Shipping, Inc., owner of M/V Sportivo. Worse, Seen Sam Shipping, Inc. appears indifferent to the plight of mostly Guimaras fishermen affected by the oil spill from the sunken ship, the governor lamented.
