Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana on Thursday said China’s plan to set up an air defense identification zone (Adiz) over the South China Sea would be considered illegal and a violation of international laws by many countries and he hoped that Beijing would back off for the sake of peace and stability in the region. On Wednesday, Gen.
