    Excerpt
"We could have avoided loss of life had there been appropriate response from the government to the oil spill in Estancia." this was the statement issued by Task Force (TF) Buliganay, a network of progressive people's organizations, non-government organizations and the militant groups that have been among those extending assistance to the victims of super typhoon "Yolanda" in Panay Island. If his family were to be believed, the il spill claimed the life of Donnie Trogo on January 27 at the Jesus M. Colmenares Memorial District Hospital, Balasan town.
