    Excerpt
Sen Franklin Drilon dreams of a "swimmable" Iloilo River within six months. The City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) headed by Engr. Noel Hechanova has laid down a plan to mitigate water pollution at the Iloilo River and make it fit for swimming. One of the solutions to make it so is to reduce the coliform level in the river.
