    Councilor Noli Villarosa, Association of Barangay Councils president, has refused the assistance from the city government for red tide-affected fisherfolk in Barangay Tangub. In a letter, the City Agriculture Office (CAO) directed Villarosa on Monday to provide it with a list of affected fisherfolk for possible assistance. But he refused to receive the letter.
