More and more of the world realize the importance and relevance to themselves of the 2016 Permanent Court of arbitration arbitral ruling on the case that the Philippines brought against China. The Philippines may no longer work so hard to get it enforced and leave it to others to do the job. It has been suggested, including by the Philippine Ambasadors Association Inc., that the country bring the ruling to the attention of the United Nations for its action.
