Representative Antonio Basilio of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) in Taiwan and Representative Gary Song-huann Lin of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the Philippines signed the agreement last Nov. 5 in Taipei.en
