Barangay residents in this capital city have benefited when the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources’ (BFAR) “Seafood Kadiwa Ni Ani at Kita on Wheels” paid them a visit this week. Agriculture Secretary William Dar crafted the strategy to market agri-fishery products from the provinces to Metro Manila residents. “But due to the enhanced community quarantine [ECQ], we were advised to explore other options like Kadiwa on Wheels and Kadiwa online,” BFAR Regional Director Wilfredo Cruz said.
