Two persons were nabbed for alleged illegal fishing in the waters of Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental. They were Regie Dela Torre, 19, of Barangay Singcang-Airport and Rolando Dayon, 48, of Barangay 2, a police report showed. Dela Torre and Dayon were caught after local authorities conducting patrol in the area chanced upon them on May 13, it added.
