The government plans to develop a P220-million seaweed farm in hundred-hectare site in Aurora, Quezon, using Korean technology to produce ethanol, an official said Sunday. The Science Department and Congressional Commission on Science and Engineering were cooperating with the South Korean government for the project, Senator Edgardo Angara said.
