    Excerpt
Last week, the Philippines filed diplomatic against China over a couple of the latter's action in the South China Sea. Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. branded those actions as violations of international law and Philippine sovereignty. The diplomatic protests were on China's pointing of a radar gun at a Philippine Navy ship in Philippine waters, and China's declaring parts of Philippine territory as part of Hainan province.
