We learned from Atty. Hector Tedosio that there is a "flood" of fish and shellfish swarming off Isla Gigantes in Carles, Iloilo. The sad part of this reality is hat indi man mapuslan since they could not be fished and transported to their usual destinations in Cebu and Manila due to stoppage of flights and ship voyages.
