A fisherman died when the dynamite he was supposed to use exploded in the waters off Hadji Muhtamad town in Basilan on Tuesday. The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao police said 52-year-old Kareem Jul died at the scene. Jul’s companion Isnain Alih, 28, was wounded and brought to the Basilan General Hospital in Isabela City.
