    Fisheries college produces 1,450 graduates

    Iloilo- A total of 1,450 students graduated at the Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF) in Barangay Nuevo, Iloilo on April 10. Seventy-six of the graduates were cum laudes and two were magna cum laudes, according to Dr. Michael Bracamonte Dizon, vice president for Administrative Affairs of ISCOF.
