The Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) recently signed a memorandum of agreement with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) for the promotion of mariculture parks in the country. This tie-up is congruent with Landbank's thrust to expand support to the fisheries sector and increase credit outreach to small fisherfolk beneficiaries particularly those in the mariculture industry.
