The environmental projects of Philippine companies are not limited to the widely-popular green activity of tree planting. Various industry players have volunteered to initiate reforestation efforts on mangrove sites that can be found in different parts of the country. Mangrove trees are generally defined as those that grow in saline (salty) coastal areas.
