Agriculture secretary Proceso J. Alcala inaugurated four fishery facilities in Camarines Sur worth P60 million which were funded under the RP-Japan Increased Food Production program. The facilities were built at the Regional Freshwater Fisheries Center of the Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) at Barangay Fabrica in Bula, Camarines Sur.en
