Agricultural production fell 2.62 percent in the first three quarters of the year, pulled down by El Niño weather phenomenon and destructive storms in the third quarter, the Agriculture Department said Monday. Farm output in the third quarter dropped 2.82 percent. Fisheries output inched up 0.69 percent to P64.64 billion from P64.2 billion on higher production and prices.
