    Excerpt
A Quezon City declined yesterday to issue another temporary environment protection order (TEPO) that would stop the Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) from re-exporting 50 dolphins to Singapore. In refusing to grant the petition filed by animal rights and environmental advocates, Judge Evangeline Marigomen, of Quezon City Region Trial Court Branch 101, said the petitioners failed to present evidences showing the supposed violation committed by the DA and BFAR. "The application, for the meantime, is denied," Marigomen declared.
