Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Jett Rojas (5th District) called on the provincial government to curb the "undying" illegal fishing activities in the province. He also called on his colleagues in the Provincial Board to re-visit and update ordinances related to illegal fishing. Illegal fishing is rampant in the coastal towns of Ajuy, Banate, Carles and Dumangas, Rojas said.
