Newly-installed Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) Director, Senior Supt. Gil Liben vowed to stop illegal gambling and illegal fishing in the province without fear or favor. Lebin, a resident of Pototan town, replaced yesterday Senior Supt. Renato Gumban, who has been reaasigned to the Capiz Police Provincial Office.
