The Philippine Coast Guard has ordered the relief of its station commanders in Iloilo and Guimaras provinces and two other personnel over last week's sea tragedy that left 31 motorboat passengers dead. Relieved Tuesday were Commanders Perlita Cinco (Iloilo) and Jolouvis Mercurio (Guimaras). The two are now on floating status at the Coast Guard district in Western Visayas.
