    Sen. Leila de Lima yesterday warned that President Duterte's refusal to honor the Paris Agreement on Climate Change that the Philippines signed during the Aquino administration could turn off supporters in its territorial dispute with China. Duterte earlier told ambassador it is unfair for developed nations to stymie the Philippines' development with their emission commitments. He said the countries have already reached the "apex of their industrialization," which their share of unhealthy emissions and wastes along the way.
