River warriors on cleanup drive
Excerpt
Amid the torrential rains brought by Tropical Storm "Domeng," personnel of the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission have been continuously cleaning up creeks and rivers in the metropolis. Despite the bad weather caused by Domeng, the River Warriors and Task Force Flood Control of PRRC were determined to continue with their cleanup operations, the PRRC said in a statement. Among the creeks cleaned up by PRRC were Estero de Aviles and Estero de San Miguel in the City of Manila.
